If your instructions are unclear, we will make the best decision for the integrity of your carcass and the cuts possible. All carcasses are subject to be tested by our onsite inspectors, which may cause a delay in the release of your meat. The office will call when the meat is ready. You have 7 days to pick up before storage fee of $20 per day is applied.
